By accessing or using Volleyball.net, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or have parental consent if under 13), that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and that you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using the platform on behalf of a club, school, or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Registration

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

Account Types

• Athlete accounts: Access PACE assessment, training content, recruiting profile, and club directory
• Coach accounts: Access Coach Inbox, team PACE reports, coaching scripts, and certification tools
• Club director accounts: Access club profile management, team dashboard, and PACE for Teams features

The PACE Decision Engine™ assessment is provided for informational and developmental purposes. By taking the assessment, you acknowledge:

• PACE results reflect self-reported responses and are not a clinical psychological evaluation
• Results are intended to support athletic development, not to define or limit your potential
• You may share your results with coaches through the platform; you control this sharing
• Volleyball.net does not guarantee specific athletic outcomes based on PACE results
• The PACE framework, scoring model, and all outputs are proprietary intellectual property of Volleyball.net

You agree not to use Volleyball.net to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Impersonate another person, coach, or organization
• Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the PACE framework or platform code
• Use automated bots or scripts to access the platform without permission
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Circumvent security measures or access accounts you do not own
• Use the platform for commercial purposes without written permission from Volleyball.net

All content on Volleyball.net — including the PACE Decision Engine™, PACE System™, frameworks, scoring models, archetypes, training content, and platform code — is the exclusive property of Volleyball.net and is protected by copyright, trademark, and trade secret law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.

No Warranties

Volleyball.net is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or reliable.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Volleyball.net and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Athletic Decisions

Volleyball.net provides tools to support athletic development. All decisions about team selection, recruiting, or athlete development remain the sole responsibility of coaches, clubs, and athletes. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from PACE-informed decisions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify registered users by email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Volleyball.net will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit against Volleyball.net.
