• Generating your PACE archetype profile and position-fit recommendations
• Enabling coaches to view athlete PACE results shared through the Coach Inbox
• Personalizing training content, drill recommendations, and club suggestions

• Sending newsletters and platform updates (only with your consent)
• Analyzing usage patterns to improve features and fix bugs

With Coaches (Athlete-Controlled)

When an athlete shares their PACE results with a coach through the platform, the coach can view that athlete's archetype, trait scores, and position fit. Athletes control this sharing.

With Club Directors (Team Context)

Club directors who add athletes to their roster can view aggregated team PACE data. Individual athlete data is only visible if the athlete has consented.

With Service Providers

We share data with trusted third-party vendors who help us operate the platform (hosting, analytics, email delivery). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.

For Legal Compliance

We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Volleyball.net, our users, or the public.

Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data is subject to a different privacy policy.

Volleyball.net is designed for athletes of all ages, including those under 13. We take children's privacy seriously and comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent
• If a child under 13 registers, we require a parent or guardian to provide consent before the account is activated
• Parents can review, correct, or delete their child's information at any time by contacting [email protected]
• We do not display targeted advertising to users under 13
• PACE assessment results for athletes under 13 are only shared with coaches or club directors with parental consent
